The Sulitest Impact team
At Sulitest, we value trust and cooperation. We share values and a strong commitment to positive change.

I'm a social entrepreneur in the field of sustainable development education, co-founder of SULITEST, which develops online tools to strengthen and massify sustainable development education. With a doctorate in economics, I am a professor affiliated to KEDGE Business School and a researcher affiliated to the University of Bordeaux. Deeply convinced of the need to transform systems and organizations through the prism of sustainability, I am active in several academic, professional and UN networks such as HESI (Higher Education Sustainability Initiative), SDSN (Sustainable Development Solutions Network), PRME (Principles for Responsible Management Education) of the Global Compact.

I'm 53 years old, and I'm very lucky to be the father of 2 beautiful children (Alice 11 and Antoine 7) and to have Audrey (elementary school teacher) as my wonderful companion. I worked for ten years in the aeronautical field (at the Aéro-Club de France and then in an airship company in the USA). Having realized that the world was going to the wall, and that my profession as a communicator and marketing director could contribute to this, I decided to enter higher education, thinking that better training future leaders could undoubtedly be useful... I set up the marketing department at Kedge Business School and then, after my MBA, I had the chance to create the CSR department, which I ran for 15 years. My job was to build and deploy the school's sustainable development strategy (research, pedagogy, environmental and social aspects of the campus as well as governance). As a board member of various NGOs, foundations and social enterprises, I have had the opportunity to initiate or contribute to a number of projects around responsible management, the social responsibility of higher education institutions and performance measurement. Since 2012, I have been Senior Advisor to the Higher Education Sustainable Initiative (the largest voluntary commitment at the Rio+20 summit - https://sdgs.un.org/HESI ). Then, along with a number of other people (including Aurélien, of course), I initiated the Sulitest movement. And in August 2021, I took the plunge, leaving Kedge to become a social entrepreneur, devoting 100% of my time to Sulitest.

*I am a traveller, a “human puzzle”. I had the opportunity of live in many beautiful parts of this world and each make a piece of who I am. Nature is my happy place, and being a very curious person, I am fascinated about different cultures and ways of seeing the world.* *On a professional level, I am an international business and management graduate. I started my career on non-profit governance, and continued to work with companies that are making true impact. At Sulitest, I work on one side growing our community of users and enabling them to make the most of our services to accelerate sustainability education, and on the other side, growing and supporting the Sulitest team leading our human resources and culture activities.*

Trained as a sociologist, I worked for six years in higher education and research in Paris, Lyon and Toronto, before starting a freelance career, working with public and private players. In 2021, I defended a doctoral thesis on the alternative schooling choices of French parents, and have published several articles in peer-reviewed journals. Two and a half years ago, I moved to Briançon in the French Alps, where I was able to reconnect with my love of nature and more rural, human-scale spaces. It was during this period that the desire arose to reorientate my career path so that it would be more in line with my values and deep-rooted convictions. Having been passionate about ecology for several years, I found in Sulitest the perfect way to combine my skills in sociology and education with my interest in accelerating an ecological transition.

Always looking for new adventures, I am passionate about the world and its many different societies and stories. The current challenges we face drive my wish to make a positive impact. I graduated in international business, knowing I wanted to build impact through the power of business. I dedicated the start of my career on sustainability consulting, helping organizations change for the better. I now work for Sulitest, helping organizations raise sustainability awareness. Historian by training, instructor by profession, and now education rebel by conviction, I am Earth-struck by the majesty of the biosphere and by our apparent indifference to its beauty and integrity. In this spirit, I work to mainstream sustainability literacy among my fellow Homo sapiens, in collaboration with my colleagues-in-arms at Sulitest. Having made my life in Paris, my many professional roles include: Director of Accreditation at AIAASC, VP of CANIE-Europe, Affiliate at the Gateway International Group, LLC, independent education consultant, Resident Director at Boston College Paris, Director of Assessment and Academic Director at U.S. study abroad providers, and instructor at Sciences Po, LanguesO, the University of New Haven, the American University of Paris, among other institutions. I am a regular speaker/ranter on assessment, eco-literacy, and program design in line with the UN SDGs. My research appears in Frontiers, Routledge, Stylus, and EAIE Forum publications. I earned a Doctorate from the Sorbonne, an MA from Georgetown University, and a BA from Miami University of Ohio. In my free time, I’m on my bike, at the piano, or gazing at the stars.

Over ten years ago, I left the Cerrado, the tropical savanna biome in Brazil that I call home, in search of new landscapes. My interest in understanding why our world functions as it does led me to earn social sciences degrees from Colgate University, Trinity College Dublin and EHESS Paris, where I researched the interrelations between society, environment and new technologies. Professionally, I have had experiences both in the non-proft world and in up-and-coming, innovative start ups. At Sulitest, I get to nurture my passion for sustainability while improving internal processes and helping develop solid content for our empowering educational tools.

For the past two years, I have worked for based-impact projects in NGOs and a Start-up, mostly in the environmental field. I have a Master degree in International Cooperation and Development. I’ve always been triggered by the different societies which make up the world and their interactions. Understanding that these social interactions depend on an environmental framework is absolutely necessary and leads us to rethink our way to interact. I now work for Sulitest, helping organizations to raise-awareness within their communities and spreading sustainability literacy worldwide. Also a nature lover, I spend my spare time outside, enjoying the beauty of the sea and the mountains.

IT project coordinator based in Marseille, France 📌. I was born on May 17, 1994 and joined the Group full-time on June 1, 2023. With my expertise in IT project coordination, I manage and coordinate various IT projects to ensure their success within the given timeframe and budget. I know how to use various project management tools to monitor and evaluate the progress of IT projects. I'm here to ensure that the platforms and services offered by Sulitest meet our customers' expectations.

With a background in business at emlyon business school, I started my career in Paris in a consultancy as an account developer, I then moved to London for two years to explore different ways of working and enjoy living abroad, and I now live in Marseille. Personnally driven by the urgent need to dedicate my energy to a project in the sustainability field, my role at Sulitest is to deploy our tool, TASK, within Higher Education Institutions globally. Passionate about sustainability and education, I love meeting people from all around the world, listen to their context, challenges and needs, and share with them our mission.

Originally from Grenoble, I've been living in Marseille for over 10 years. After a couple of years at a national/international-level in athletism and triathlon, and a Master's degree in political science, I went on to gain a wide range of experience. From institutional to associative environments, working in working-class neighborhoods, I've managed a variety of solidarity and local projects. I then set up my own textile upcycling business (Couzy) and opened a local, eco-responsible craft store in Marseille (La Couzynade). Solidarity and environment have always been my guiding values and, today, I'm delighted be part of the great Sulitest team as Office Manager.

Curious and passionate, I've always been inspired by the wealth of cultures, languages and landscapes that shape our world. Nature is a place where I recharge my batteries and find new ideas. I'm driven by a constant desire to discover, learn and forge links that help people grow. Professionally, my background in digital marketing and e-business has enabled me to develop a particular sensitivity to current challenges, particularly those linked to the environment and sustainability. For me, joining Sulitest is a way of combining my skills and convictions, by helping to raise awareness of global issues among organizations and individuals through innovative educational tools. I firmly believe in the values of “Me, We, All of Us”, where each individual action contributes to the collective growth and well-being of society. With humility and determination, I strive to work seriously while retaining a touch of levity, convinced that innovation and collaboration are the keys to meeting today's challenges.

Dutch (french speaking) reflective system thinker, writer, committed to learning and doing my part in the complex issues of our time. I am endlessly moved by the beautiful intricacy of the natural world that I am a part of. My academic background is in Environmental Sciences and Strategic Leadership for Sustainability in the Netherlands (Wageningen UR) and Sweden (BTH Karlskrona). I contribute to the writing and the Sulitest Content and Learning projects since early 2023. Before that I have worked in Dutch private and public contexts as a sustainability consultant providing tailored educational material. One can sometimes find me with my feet “in the mud” too: I share my time between education for SD and agroecological projects.

I’ve been part of the IT team since September 2024. Although most of my experience comes from software engineering, I also completed a master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence. Working with Sulitest has given me the chance to tap back into that academic foundation, especially through my role in maintaining TASK. It’s been rewarding to contribute to a platform with real impact. I’m excited to help drive sustainability forward alongside with Sulitest.
About our team
For Sulitest, values should not only be beautiful phrases posted on the walls but translated into concrete actions in the daily life of our organization. We are inspired by the concept "Me, We, All of us". Our decisions must allow each team member to grow (me), allow the organization to develop (we) and ensure that our societal impact is optimal (all of us).
In our daily work, we apply the following principles:
- Demanding and caring: towards ourselves as well as towards others. We seek excellence while accepting that we are human with limits.
- Fun and serious: we work seriously without taking ourselves too seriously
- Pride and humility: we know how to rejoice in our successes while accepting, learning and sharing our mistakes.
