General questions concerning Sulitest

1. How can I use it in my university ?

You have two main uses:

To give your students a 30 question test at the beginning and/or end of the year to assess their knowledge of the 17 SDGs

Use the Sulitest in one of your courses as a support tool.

2. What exactly does the Sustainability Test assess?

Or rather "what the Sulitest can do and what it does not do" ( i.e. we do not evaluate knowledge, but rather create awareness).

Different in the premium version - used for example to assess knowledge after taking a course.

3. Who can take the Test ?

The test can be carried out by anyone who has been invited by an organization (company or school/university) to conduct a session.

It is currently only possible to take the test by invitation. If you wish to take the test individually, please send a message to support@sulitest.org and indicate the language in which you wish to take the test.

4. Is Sulitest recognised by higher education institutions and employers?

Sulitest does not currently issue a certificate of attendance and cannot be taken in examination mode. For the time being, it is a learning tool. Companies, universities, regional offices of the United Nations recognize the test that they advise to take.

Questions regarding the Test structure

5. How long does a Sulitest session last ?

It all depends on how quickly you respond, which depends on your level of knowledge. In general it takes between 20 and 45 minutes.

6. Why using Sulitest ?

Because Sulitest offers a set of online tools for raising awareness and improving understanding of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. Led by an independant NGO and co-created with a community of users and a network of contributors, Sulitest is supported by more than forty international institutions and networks such as UNESCO, UNEP, EFMD, SDSN, UNGC PRME, GRLI, IAU and UNDESA.

7.  How is the test structured ?

The test covers the 17 sustainable development goals. The 30 question test has at least 1 question on each SDG. These questions have been validated by a network of international experts and are randomly drawn from a database.

 Q&A Candidate

8. I'm a student of XYZ University, I created my account to take the test but it doesn't work

If the problem is that you created a university account and not a student account, we will delete your account. Follow this procedure so that you can access the test:

  1. go to www.sulitest.org

  2. create an account using your student email address as an INDIVIDUAL

  3. enter the session code given by your university

  4. take the test

9.  I can't finish the test because I get this error message: (ranking problem on a question)

The question cannot be validated because you have ranked the answers from 1 to 3, while the software expects a ranking from 1 to 6. If you change this, the question should be validated.   If it is not the case, please contact us again at support@sulitest.org

10. My university/school is not in the list of registered institutions. Who can I ask in my school to organize a Sulitest session?

It is indeed necessary that a professor or a member of your university/school has previously created a Sulitest account to invite you. You can contact the CSR referent of your institution to ask him/her to create an account.

11.  I have to do the Sulitest but I haven't received a code, what should I do?

If you don't have a session code, you can check that the session was not added automatically to your account. If you have received an email with your login credentials or a link to login to your account, it is most likely that the session has already been added to your account. Otherwise, please contact your referrer via the contact information in the email. NB: Only the focal points of the universities can have access to these codes. Please contact your referee. If you cannot, please send us a message to support@sulitest.org.

12. I can't enter my session code

Please check that your code is in the format XXXX-XXXX-XXXX and that there are no spaces before or after this code.   It is also possible that the session was automatically added to your account. In this case, simply log in to your account and make the session available on your account.

13. I would like to take the test as an individual

It is currently not possible to take the test without being invited by a school organization or a company. If you wish to take the test, please send a message to support@sulitest.org. We will invite you to a session in French, English, Spanish, Italian, Japanese...

14. I created an academic/company account but I can't create sessions

Your account must be verified so that you have the possibility to manage this account. We validate the account in 24 hours maximum.

15. I can't create sessions

You can find the user guide in the News & Reports & Materials tab of our site, in the reports section. If you do not have access to the user guide or need assistance, please send a message to support@sulitest.org.

16. I want to delete my account

The deletion of your account can only be done by the Sulitest support.  Please send an email to support@sulitest.org

17. I have interruptions and I have to refresh the page with each question, is that normal?

No, if you have this problem, it is because your bandwidth (i.e. your internet connection) is not sufficient to do the test. If several people are doing the test with the same connection or downloading documents, it is possible that your connection is not powerful enough. Do not hesitate to send us an email so that we can see if the problem is coming from our server.
